New leadership duo at Radiopark: Viktoria Schamberger and Daniel Stoiber appointed Managing Directors
- Equal dual leadership drives strategic realignment
- Market leadership as a full-service provider for cruise and maritime sectors to be further expanded
- “Content as a Service” as a new disruptive business field gains importance
- Integration into parent company Imagesound to be completed this year
Radiopark is undergoing a strategic realignment: As of April 2026, Viktoria Schamberger and Daniel Stoiber will take over the management of the globally operating B2B music company. Both have held senior leadership roles at Radiopark for many years and will now form an equal dual leadership team. Radiopark founder Arndt-Helge Grap will step down on March 31, 2026.
Viktoria Schamberger will be responsible for strategic direction, marketing, and the expansion of digital and technology projects, building on her previous role as Director New Business Development and Digital Projects. Daniel Stoiber, formerly Chief Creative Officer, will oversee operations ranging from music curation and technology to finance and sales.
Focus Areas for the Future
Radiopark is already the global market leader in music solutions for cruise ships and also provides solutions to hotels, luxury resorts, gastronomy, and the retail sector. The maritime sector will continue to gain importance: on ocean and river cruises, Radiopark delivers not only music but also all forms of hardware – from players to stage technology. In addition, the commercial shipping segment is becoming increasingly relevant, with the company supplying crew entertainment technology such as karaoke systems. Radiopark aims to become a full-service provider in the maritime sector and further expand its strong market position.
At the same time, as part of its digital strategy, the company is advancing its “Content-as-a-Service” (CaaS) business. Radiopark provides licensed music content that can be integrated into existing hardware infrastructures. This is also highly relevant for digital signage, enabling the combination of visual content with exclusive curated music profiles.
Artificial intelligence is also being further strengthened: administrative processes are largely automated, and technical workflows are efficiently managed by AI agents. However, playlist curation, quality control, and customer service remain in human hands: “Our brand promise is ‘Emotions in Music.’ Emotions are something AI cannot convey. Without humans, there are no emotions. Control and that special human ‘flavor’ must always come from our editorial team,” emphasizes Daniel Stoiber.
Integration into the Imagesound Group
Radiopark has been part of the Imagesound group since 2023. As part of the strategic realignment, the technical and systemic integration into the UK-based parent company will now be finalized. Radiopark will remain the central brand and primary point of contact in the DACH region and the global full-service specialist for maritime.
For existing customers, this will mean a significant service upgrade:
“Our focus is now on bringing the positive experiences and strength of our international group to Germany. Our customers benefit greatly from integration into the Imagesound group, as we can offer a broader portfolio and global expertise without compromising the reliable Radiopark service they are used to,” explains Viktoria Schamberger.
High Customer Satisfaction as a Foundation
A key pillar of Radiopark’s sustained success is its exceptionally high customer loyalty. A recent survey shows a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 93. The duration of partnerships is also remarkable: “Our average customer stays with us for eight years or more, and many partnerships have lasted over 20 years. Whether franchise brands like Enchilada or long-standing partners such as TUI or AIDA – this deep loyalty demonstrates that our focus on quality and personal service truly pays off,” says Daniel Stoiber.
