Hamburg / Fort Lauderdale, 1 October, 2021: Music service provider Radiopark is opening a new office in North America. From 1 October 2021 on, Marco Santomauro will represent the Hamburg-based music provider in the newly established Radiopark North America, close to US customers from the hospitality, retail, cruise, and hotel industries.
Radiopark North America is the third Radiopark office to open outside Germany, following Dubai and Vienna. The new office is intended to be more active in the American market for the Hamburg sound specialists and to serve existing customers from the United States even better: “We already have renowned clients from the United States: Seabourn, Silversea Cruises (as part of Royal Caribbean) and Lindblad Expeditions are just a few big names that we count among our portfolio. With the new location, we create more proximity to our growing clientbase and can work even better with them to design the perfect music program for their brand essence,” explains Radiopark founder Arndt-Helge Grap.

From Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Marco Santomauro will manage and operate Radiopark’s US-American business. As home to many major cruise operators, Florida is the perfect location for Radiopark’s new office. With Santomauro, the company gained a true expert in international affairs: as former Export Sales Director for Paulaner, he has built bridges between German culture and numerous international countries in the past, including Dubai, Korea, China, India, and Malaysia. Before that, he worked for the beer brand as State Manager in the Bible Belt – which is why he knows the market of his long-time adopted country like no other. Radiopark also benefits from his passion for music. He still plays the trumpet and is a passionate jazz and classical music fan.
