Today, on the day he died, we want to remember a legend: Louis Armstrong<\/strong>. He was an American jazz trumpet player, singer and actor, who was among the most influential figures in\u00a0jazz music. His career spanned five decades, from the 1920s to the 1960s, and different eras in the history of jazz. In 2017, he was inducted into the Rhythm & Blues Hall of Fame. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Armstrong worked alongside stars like\u00a0Bing Crosby<\/strong>,\u00a0Grace Kelly<\/strong>, and\u00a0Frank Sinatra\u00a0<\/strong>or Barbra Streisand.<\/strong> He received many accolades including three\u00a0Grammy Award\u00a0nominations and a win for his vocal performance of\u00a0Hello, Dolly!<\/em>\u00a0in 1964. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
